Just ate possibly undercooked eggs, as well as a slight amount of egg shell.

i was sure to make a clean crack in the egg, but i guess a few small parts fell in.

Am i going to get salmonella.

The spice can make you feel a lot better. It's the same basic concept as:

I recommend ginger tea, chicken soup with an aggressive amount of garlic and a fair bit of crushed red pepper (which actually soothes your throat and can clear your nostrils, with help from the steam), and lots of fruit/juice. Honey in tea (even "regular" tea) is always a good idea.

As another Anon said, flat ginger ale is one of the best things for an upset stomach, if that's bothering you. Gotta mix the carbonation out/leave the bottle open for a while. Ginger in general will help with stomach troubles.

I also eat soft-boiled eggs when I'm sick because that's what my mom used to make. It makes me feel better, but I think that's just me.

Feel better, OP!
