What does it take to run a food stand at a small town festival?
I wanna sell burgers, possibly yakisoba or some asian shit.
Is it realistic to make any money at all, if I have to rent most of the equipment and insist on using fresh ingredients, home made buns etc?

If the answer is an obvious "no", then how much money would it cost me?
I wanna do it mostly for fun and to show off my cooking to the town, but I don't have unlimited money.
