As for advice I find double dredging to be unnecessary. For me it’s marinate, pat dry, egg wash, heavily spiced flour and cornstarch mixture. Fry. Yes you need to have spiced in your flour you fucking r tard. Double dredging increases the fry time and I also think causes the breading to not be cohesive to the chicken.
