Bialetti Brikka, by far! Pair with a Hario Mini handmill and you can't get better in this price range.

Fuck you!
Get yourself a Bialetti Brikka (2cups) and enjoy quality moka which is closer to espresso as you'll ever be under 500€. You want info about the amount of coffee and water?
My go-to is to start with 15g espresso, grind on 6 clicks with the Hario Mini and 75g of water. Depending on the outcome, change water in 5g steps or coffee. It takes me 2-3 tries to find the sweet spot.

If you ordered the 2cup Brikka, you're in for extremely good moka which can be on par with a good espresso.
If you ordered anything else, you're in for a drink which is not worth your time.

Or you could just get this bad boy and enjoy the best Moka without the burnt taste.

I recommend this one, too.
While you're at it, buy a good(!) Grinder and this beauty, too.
(Bialetti Brikka, 2 cups-Version but it produces only two small shots/ one big shot Moka)

2/2
Read online about it being quite different to other stovetop Moka. It seems they were right. The taste of my "Spresso" is really good, it isn't hit lava like from other Mokapots and the crema is ok.
