Chimichanga. Deep fried steak or chicken burrito. Maybe not really a burrito, most don't have beans. Meat and veggies, deep fried flour tortilla, ideally smothered in cheese sauce. Fucking amazing.

Chimichangas with cheese sauce from the Mexican joint in my town. I've had other chimis, and lobster and steaks and all the other obvious things, but nothing else has ever come close. Though, Toscanini's B3 ice cream in Cambridge is a close second.

For me, it's either the Chimichanga combo from the Mexican joint in my town (they've got this sort of magic cheese dip they smother everything in, it's fucking amazing), or ice cream from Toscanini's in Cambridge MA. I generally went for a scoop of B3 (Brownie, Brown Butter, brown sugar) and a scoop of something fun like Bourbon or Saffron Cardamom Kulfi. But once I went there to break a two day fast, and just got a pint of B3.

Pic related is the Mexican food. Not my pic, I don't eat beans if I can avoid it. The rice is also amazing though.
