in cologne you can eat at a "brauhaus" a brewery with included restaurant where you can eat fat but tasty food and drink the beer. its pretty common that waiters there react rude if you order another drink than beer but dont take it personal its part of the culture.

its raw pig meat.
guess you'd die if you tried to eat that in non Europe countries.
