Mexican "café de olla" is my favorite. Is usually thick and has a nice subtle cinnamon smell and toasty flavor. I drink it either black or with milk ("lechero"). I really wish I knew how to make it at home in the US :c, although I found this instant variety in a hispanic market and I think is alright :)
