Serres, Greece: bougatsa.

It's a pastry usually eaten for breakfast, made with phyllo dough. Somewhat similar to baklava, except it's eaten fresh. There are many different fillings including cheese and minced meat, but the most popular is custard (with powdered sugar and cinnamon on top).
