OC here. I had the flu and had to take a day off from the boujee old folks home I cooked for. The receptionist was left to follow the recipe and cook. Here you have roasted turkey with glazed carrots, mashed potatoes and gravy with a dinner roll.

I was the cook there and one day I called in sick and this is what the nurses cooked for the patients. Was supposed to be roasted turkey, a roll and roasted vegetables with mash. Basically came out as lunch meat on cold bread

the nurses at a old folks home i work at were trusted to cook once. they actually fed the residents this.
