My remedies are;
- as much coffee as possible supplemented by drinking a lot of water to compensate for the water you pee/sweat out
- Olive oil, this seems comical to let your poop slide out easier but it actually works
- a LOT of fibre, make your whole diet revolve around fibre intake: apples, oranges, prunes wherever possible and oatmeal at least once a day + fibre rich nuts if you're feeling like it
- exercise more often to get things going

if this doesnt work just put stool softener powder in water and drink that salty shit up
