First, the pizza. The pizza is passable to great as long as you eat it right there and then and also depending on who makes it. Once it cools down, trash it immediately. The dough is sprayed with some type of shit that preserves it yet it has to be thrown out the same night it was made. The sauce is also sweet, why that is is beyond me but it's kinda sweet, a little off putting. The amount of dough and pizza thrown out pissed me off, one slice would be gone from a pie and the rest trashed. On the other hand, given the life expectancy I don't blame them. Still, pissed me off. I've thrown out too much dough and pizza that could probably feed some hungry people.

Wing Street, is the only good part of Pizza Hut. The wings are really good, first I roasted them in the oven and then bagged then, six to a bag and then fried them when need be. My place at the time, 2016 had wings, boneless wings, fries, mozzarella sticks and apple sticks with honey bbq, mild, hot, ranch and Jim Beam Bourbon sauce, later swapped out for something else. Because I had so many dishes to clean, I couldn't go on break and had to eat right there at the sink, snuck many wings and fries when an order came. Was used to no breaks at my previous and current jobs, actively did it like that so I could do more work. The only problem is the hot grease, the lack of sauce at times and even not having wings but that usually happened during a busy day.

All in all, I may have stayed longer if the management hadn't shit the bed so abruptly. The job turned me off pizza for a full year. The frozen pizza at the local supermarket was way better and could be reheated without turning into a hard mess. Anywhere else has to be better than Pizza Hut, the exact reason I chose to avoid fast food jobs in high school, it all came to pass.

Im trying my hand at brining a turkey for thanksgiving giving tommorow(20 pound turkey in what id guess is 3 to 4 gallons of brine) im new to brining and believe I may have made a mistake.so I added 1 cup of salt then misread and added 1 cup of sugar I then realized my mistake and added another half cup of salt but panicked and thought I added too much and removed 2 cups of liquid.The reason I didnt just start again is because im already off schedule plus id already added all my vegetable broth and spices.Basically I just want to know if I ruined my brine.
