ITT: Odd dished from your country

Do other countries, other than Germany, eat Toast Hawaii/Hawaii Toast? It's pretty delicious but more of a meme food here in Germany, I guess.

It's basically a piece of bland white bread, spread with a bit of butter or margarine, a slice of ham, a slice of (canned) pineapple and a slice of processed cheese on top that's been baked in the oven until the cheese is melted. Optional: A bit of cowberry jam or a maraschino cherry on top. I usually skip the last part though.

Toast Hawaii was the predominant German party food of the 60.
Butter some toast, add slice of ham and pineapple slice, cover with processed cheese and in ze oven it goes. Top with cocktail cherry.
