Does anyone have an infographic or a link to a site containing a wide variety of information regarding the pros and cons of material used for cookware sets such as pots and pans? I'm trying to get into cooking and I just don't want something like the old school non-stick options such as Teflon that will give me cancer because I'm to much of a lazy bastard to learn how to cook properly.

Non-Minnesotans may think it looks repulsive, but it’s one of the most delicious comfort foods you can get, especially in winter.
Actually scratch that, we have nothing worth eating; so coastal faggots please don’t come here.

Minnesotans are experts on "snowed in food". They came up with something called, "Hot Dish", which is just basically everything but the kitchen sink baked in a glass dish with cheese and tater tots on top.

OR, get a crock pot, throw a whole chicken in with a scoop of rice and a can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken. This is called, "Grandma chicken" and it's delicious. (Toss in mushrooms onions and carrots for bonus points.) Let it cook all day and by the time dinner rolls around, you're up to your elbows in snow and good hot food.

I also suggest getting a pork shoulder roast (Picnic roast, in some parts of America) and throwing that into a glass baking dish with a bunch of potatoes, carrots onions and seasonings and baking it for about an hour, then switching it over to broil to give the fatty skin layer thick crispy crunch. (Home made pork skins.) The meat should come out tender and fall apart when you try to cut it. Serve with the veggies and a slice of buttered bread to soak up all the juices.

These meals freeze well so that you can obviously have several days worth of food in case you get REALLY snowed in.
