Are there any non-dairy alternatives to whipped cream that aren't absolute rubbish?
Now I may not be a vegan so I actually consume quite a lot of cream, but I have still been interested in exploring alternatives for various reasons.

There are tons of alternatives for milk. From soy products(these are fucking terrible mind you and anyone trying to convince you that they're similar or reminiscent in any way is lying), almond(still shit), rice, and oat drinks (these are actually extremely usable be it for cooking, baking, or to simply be consumed as is).
But for whipped cream, what is there? I've tried whipping extra fat variants of almond milk and oat drinks and they just wouldn't whip into shape no matter how much I tried. I found some oat based, supposed alternative to whipped cream made from some oat drink rest product. And while it tasted shockingly similar to whipped cream, it was like several times as dense as whipped cream and much heavier. Which also made it really difficult to get any decent quantity out of the stuff. All in all it was pretty much a failure.

When I was first asked whether or not there was a good alternative I was fairly confident that there would be. Considering how good substitutes for milk there are. But I've tried quite a few things by now and I haven't found anything even remotely close to being reminiscent of whipped cream.
(Bonus points if it's still usable when not whipped the way regular cream is)
