as a Californian I really dont understand how other places screw up Mexican food
its one of the simplest forms of cuisine
and all variation of the same ingredients:
rice, cheese, beans, tortillas, meat, corn, cour cream, salsa
if you make bad mexican food it's like youre doing it on purpose
