Ma would make these with angle rice noodles. Don't know where that combo came from, and I enjoyed it greatly.

Bought a 3-bone, dry-aged prime rib. I think it was $250. Was for christmas, turned out incredible.

Now I'm depressed and alone for holidays, so I don't cook anymore.
