Tell me about it - haven't had that in years thanks to years of benzo+alc abuse I can only sleep 2-3 hours at a time and falling asleep sober takes so much effort now.

Yep. I've tried, but even stuff I used to like doing is now tedious and strenuous. Drinking used to be a hobby.
