Hey everyone,

So tomorrow I'm making a margherita pizza on the grill. Whenever I make dough I typically throw it in the fridge after letting it rise because I find it easier to work with.

Is this bad? Am I losing some kind of freshness value by letting it cool down? Or should I just throw it straight on the grill after letting rise?
