What are some other foods that Salt transforms into being amazing, and can anyone explain the magic behind this?

Well shit, i guess we are all going to die because there is sodium and all of our blood and we can't survive without it, but i guess can't live with it either. Goodbye everybody. ic related that's what sodium is.
