Quite hard but there are tutorials.

This is from our guy which is very precise, however it’s in Italian (the ingredient list is in the description so translate it and watch the video).

You absolutely need to be careful and precise especially when you let the panettone rest after cooking it otherwise it would deflate and fuck up hours of work.
