Also more kerala cuisine is involves lots of fish and fish fry with some spicy soups.

We have this "sambar" soup that goes on a dosa and to be eaten with fish fry.

What you do is sprinkle sambar on top of the dosa (fermented south indian rice bread) that you have to also stuff some fish inside

Would you guys eat this stuff???????????
