This is pretty careless lol. Farm raised salmon can still definitely contain parasites. Which is why sashimi grade salmon is flash frozen for a certain amount of time regardless of being wildcaught or farmed. Please go get tested for parasites asap, better nip that shit in the bud. I know this is a bait thread, so sage but for everybody out there, organic doesn't necessarily mean better tasting or healthier. Shit, it doesn't even mean pesticide free. They still use "non persistent" pesticides. Also do you really trust producers that you'll never get to audit yourself to follow all the rules immaculately, especially in other, poorer countries where cutting corners is common place?
