I like Sriracha. Also like all the standard grocery store stuff like Cholula, Franks, Tabasco, etc. Also like just about any that aren't way too hot. Fine with weak types though because they're still tangy and salty which is always good.

I'm surprised no one posted El Yucateco yet. Good stuff.

Hot sauces have a nice variety of flavors and applications, so I don't limit myself by excluding certain styles apart from those that just burn and don't offer flavors.
