Although i would agree that a movement or two was out of the ordinary with tongs most everything otherwise was on point many, many go on about the tortillas and its only because they have zero idea what on like warming(slightly toasted and steamed tortillas are just spectaular meaning that toasting and slightly browning a tortilla brings out a slight popcorn flavor with good tortillas while steaming it leaves it very plyable, when the fact of moving the outer tortillas into the middle keeps this true it must be done regularly before the tortilla get crisp and dries out which folks imagine it's some sort of repeated handling needlesslywhen in fact good practice is behind it) and grabbing two tortillas which shows if the meat vs tortilla has a good feel by weight/mass and when the fellow put one tortilla back it shows his personal liking was for less tortilla in this case although as you can see two tortillas is quite normal only not a rule bit more of a feel


I asked for this webm to be made and quite proud of it honestly as it shows a mightly fine taco being presented and being put together other folks go on about it being overstuffed which means these suck at making/eating tacos honesly nothing more

Just look at Mexico over EU imagine all the biodiversity with so much water and land to work with along with differing climates, not to mention numerous cultures and subcultures of the indigenous type with corn, beans and chiles being a standard base for nutriton on nearly a daily if not every meal and this thread is about tacos when much more is at hand when food is the topic

Ive been lucky enough to be around for ceremonial meals and they are quite a joy i wish to make more time for them soon once im living in country again
