I actually have set rules I've thought about.

1) Vodka only, it's arguably the cleanest alcohol, I water it down.
2) If I have some important work thing, no drinking the day before.
3) Drink 2 pints of water before bed.
4) No junk food, just clean paleo eating. Normally if I'm drinking all Sunday like today, I will make an extra meal in the morning so I can warm it up while drinking. Actually paleo has helped me cut back on drinking a lot.
