Hopefully you're still around! My diet currently is pretty lazy and budget oriented so grains have come back into my diet, but my gut isn't as harmed by it because I did a good job fixing it and maintaining it. I can talk about that if you want but I suspect you want what I ate when clean eating and what I think is best, so I'll explain that.

When I was fixing my gut over the course of three months, my diet was extremely simple.
First meal was at 1pm, before that I had black coffee. Three eggs scrambled with hot peppers onion and sometimes garlic, salt and pepper. Then however much smoked bacon I wanted. After this, I would have salmon and greens (Kale, broccoli, spinach) cooked in olive oil and butter, salt. I would also eat Jacksonville Italian sausage brauts with sauerkraut. Besides this, I would have pork chops or roast, and sometimes I'd have a salad made out of romaine, the greens I mentioned, topped with either a chicken breast seasoned with paprika and smoked paprika or a can of tuna. After a week passed, and I realized I was no longer lactose intolerant, i started to incorporate FULL FAT (important!) cheeses and milks, as well as Kefir.

I say no sugars at all, but this is controversial. The goal is to starve and kill the negative gut flora which subsist on sugars.

Big agree with the aspartame and sucralose being bad. I personally get brain fog from stevia too.

This has happened to me before. I reached in blindly to grab an onion that was at the bottom (I have been using shallots not fridged and garden green onions, so idk how long these were down there) and I was talking to someone and I felt this big cold finger just grabbing me and I was worried it was going to bite me or poison me, I wondered how it lived in the fridge for so long so I dropped it and it was just an onion reaching out its green to say thanks for finally choosing to eat me.

Did that really happen the fuck?

I played Bioshock infinite for a week and asked my doc for more after 3 years of hard addiction. That was the lst time I took them, 500mlg of tramadol a day for a month was my final dose. Cold turkey and freedom.....

Miss the warmth

Many vagitarians are hypocrites because if they looked past the interstellar clause they would be unable to eat mushes.

All have Sucrose and Stevia. All are worse than regular soda and because of those additives they fuck up your brain.

I unironically take a can of this as a base for my sauce.

Onion, mushrooms, garlic, sweat.
White wine simmer
hunts
oregano/olive oil/pepper/salt

simmer for hour and done..... costs like a dollar.
