I have to start a low cholesterol diet so that means i cant eat most of the foods i love anymore. What are some yummy low cholesterol foods/dishes?

Do Americans really not like McDonalds?

The plain small cheeseburger for 1$ is the best burger I've ever had, but we don't have any other US chains here so I can only compare it to restaurants. I hate restaurant burgers, even the expensive ones don't even come close to McDonalds.

I love meat as much as anyone, but I wonder why I have no instinctive desire to eat a live animal, which is what we used to do, right?

I might starve to death if all I had was a bunch of live mice and my bare hands, and yet the most domesticated cat or dog in the world loves to catch and kill live food. It can't be a cultural or learned thing, can it? Or if you had a child to raise, and pretended to eat live mice could you raise a human to be carnivorous in every respect?
