Seriously though somebody needs to come up with some kind of Anarchist Cookbook.. of actual food.. a subversive collection of recipes meant to flip a huge middle finger to the corporate structure that purposefully keeps food more expensive in supermarkets than eating at restaurants. And purposefully makes healthy food virtually inaccessible. Put together a collection of easy to make food and where to get ingredients that aren't made by a company that's trying to shorten your life by injecting their food with tons of sodium and unnecessary carbohydrates. I'm putting it out there 4chan make it happen.. I'll even get you all started with the most basic of advice I can give.. the first thing you need to do is invest in a chest freezer and a vacuum sealer. Chicken and vegetables are your friends there are thousands of ways to put these two together to make all kinds of great food that will keep you alive and not drive you to an early grave. There basic s*** easy to remember but chicken and vegetables alone isn't going to cut it for most of you so elaborate give us more to work with internet we're all counting on you ..us.. whatever..
