Some kind of blue cheese, I dont know enough to pick one.
some kind of smoked cheese, like gryuer.
some kind of fresh cheese, like queso fresco or the like.
American doesn't count as a cheese as it is actually a processed cheese made from other cheeses, but this list is made with the assumption that these flavors can and will be processed and used in american cheeses stead, probably a mixture of the fresh, the parmesan, and the gryuer.
