A prime cut of Newfoundland steak, cooked Bleu, on a bed of Asian style risotto and topped with a thin slice of sharp cheddar. On the side we have stone ground mustard, which nicely compliments the cheddar, and a shaken gin martini served with ice chips and two olives.
