I used to help prep that shit for free cause I loved food so much.
I moved out of Chicago since 2012, but I still have a lot of friends there. I just keep tabs on the bars opening up there.

I went there for my 21st B-day. I also went to his other restaurant Next when it opened. I loved Chicago. NoMi is an underrated restaurant desu.
