He guys, /fit/ here. I got tired of making side dish salads every day so I've made almost 5 pounds of salad. Cabbage, carrots, beetroot, onions, garlic, olives, and I've mixed it with some salt and pepper and 50g of olive oil.

My main question is how long would those vegetables last in fridge in a sealed container? They are letting some juices off, mostly red because of the beetroot.
Also any suggestions on what to add or maybe to remove if it has short storage time ?
