OP here. I just wanted to say I support full gay civil rights. Millions of gay families are enjoying a beautiful homemade dinner together today and that's something to celebrate and protecc.

I already made a batch of beef broth with carrots onions celery marrow and knucle bones all roast and then reduced to about 4-5 cups of glaze.

I also made a chicken stock with same veggies and wings and chicken feet all roasted as well and reduced to about 8 cups of semi demi.
