I will eat ANYTHING except organ meat, most seafood with the (exceptions of fish, crab, grilled shrimp), fungii. pretty much everything else is fair game, am I a picky eater?

chinkshit grill, get a weber. waaaay to much charcoal, lrn2 indirect, then sear. Weber+snake method+baby back ribsx2or3 + 7 hours + good dry rub = food so fucking good you will hard pressed to buy it that good
