been by paying these for awhile now. Precooked meat which is reasonably authentic, but never tried their rice or beans. I get at least four, maybe six meals out of it (2 to 3 days for me and wife).
I do not eat red meat but can say the carnitas and chile verde are very good, the chile verde sauce could be a little thicker and have a little mor tomatillo for my tastes. Use to be 7 per pack, now about 13, but still a good value.
normally buy cilantro, onion, cotija cheese, the carnitas or chile verde and have a tasty fulfilling meal on the cheap and easy and quick to make.
the al pastor ‘taco kit’ that have is good, but could use some pineapple. I added some leftover pineapple to it and a dash of orange juice and made it about an 9/10, compared to 7/10 as purchased.
