A food truck that only serves baozi. Only one type of baozi. If you want anything else than a bbq pork bun go elsewhere. I'd park my food truck outside of MTG tournaments, board game nights and fighting game tournaments to supply buns for the people.

The baozi does not get your hands greasy. You have to make an effort to make a mess while eating it. It's like a sandwich in those aspects but superior in cleanliness.
