I've spend my life literally eating tendies, I know literally nothing about cooking, I don't know what most food tastes like, I can't tell one countries food from another's.
I want to do a complete 180 and become an authority on the subject.
Can anyone recommend me some books or youtube channels?
I not only want to learn how to cook, but also about the history and culture surrounding food.
