I had one yesterday, 6/10.
It's not tough at all, on their website they says it's roasted sous vide style, so the steak is super tender and buttery in consistency.
The meat is imported from New Zealand so it's high quality and not gamey at all.

The biggest problem for me is that the bun is way to large for the steak. You get several bites of nothing but bun.
Alos, there needs to be something more in the sandwich besides the steak, sauce and fried onions. Everything is the same color and there's not much going on. Still worth a try, Arby's made a gallant effort to bring something new to the table, er your lap as you sit in your car eating.
