Normally i hate mcdonalds but i haven't eaten in a while and just wanna eat a million of those shitty burgers right now

Went to diner because I didn't have any food for breakfast except instant oatmeal and I gorged on basically two and a half breakfasts. The nice lady taking my order was laughing and said I guess you could handle it after all.

Not going to lie I'm pretty overweight because of depression and eat about 3000-4000 calories a day, mostly pizza, bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and other fastfood. But one of my addictions is pickled food, especially pepperonicinis. I honestly go through about a jar everyday and they are low calorie so I'm not too worried but only 3 have 500mg of sodium in them. Since I go through 1 jar per day, that on top of the other stuff I eat likely puts my daily sodium intake at 10,000+mg. I drink a lot of liquids (sometimes water but mostly juice) and I'm wondering if anyone knows how bad this high sodium intake can be?

Due to depression, sexual abuse, low self esteem, failing in every domain in life and losing the genetic lottery my life is in shambles. I have gained 40lbs in about 3 weeks and I can't stop binge eating. I just constantly need to have something tasty in my mouth because it helps distract me from life's problems and now I am scared because I am overweight and I can't control myself. What should I do?

I'm fat and I've gone about 40 hours now without eating. So far I'm feeling good and have lost 2 kilos (126 to 124). How long can I keep it up without dying? Is fasting a viable way to lose weight? I was thinking one day on one day off would be good but I don't really know.

I feel so sick right now. I recently woke up after binging all day and late into the night. I went to bed at 5am after consuming 1 large pepperoni pizza, an industrial sized bag of potato chips from costco, 2 bacon cheese burgers, 2 macaroni and cheese frozen meals, fries, onion rings, garlic hummus with pita chips and a loaf of sourdough, and a platter of smoked salmon with most of a container of herb cream cheese. I feel dehydrated and I have been drinking water and I still feel thirsty and horrible. My stomach hurts, and I used the bathroom twice already. What can I do to make myself feel better? I feel icky and horrible. Please help.
