ignore that faggot. It is super easy though.
This is vinegar pickling not fermentation. You just add you desired veggies into a jar along with any herbs or spices you want to use. You need to make a simple brine using equal parts water and vinegar. You may want to add some pepper corns. For every 2 cups of brine you need 1 tbsp pickling salt or 2 tbsp coarse kosher salt. bring this mix to a boil then add to jar with veggies.
let it get to room temp and pop into fridge for at least two weeks and enjoy
