There are multiple ways to get the hot dogs without a membership

1. As the other anon noted, some Costcos have exterior food courts

2. Using an expired membership card to get past the greeter. Regular checkout will scan your membership card with every purchase, but food court does not, so you just need to make it past the greeter.

3. Using a Costco gift card. Costco will allow you to shop with a gift card if you are not a member.

Cost of hot dog: 25 cents
Cost of bun: 8 cents
Cost of soda: 5 cents
Cost of toppings/napkins/foil/cup/straw: 5 cents
