Build the flavors you lazy donkey.

>heat ghee
>fry onion until soft and lightly brown
>add tomato paste and cook until paste starts to brown, stir frequently
>add aromatics/spice mixture and cook until fragrant as fuck
>add can of whole peeled san marazanos and crush by hand OR use fresh steamed whole peeled tomatoes from the farmers market (you buy at the supermarket and you get flavorless garbage)
>while that sauce thickens broil or grill your marinated chicken (you did marinate it, didn't you?)
>add cream to sauce and fresh coriander leaves
>20 minutes or so later after chicken is broiled (get some char, bitch) but not cooked all the way through, add to sauce and run about another 30-40 min.
