my pancakes taste metallic and not sweet at all.

not sure what i'm doing wrong

also i suppose i could use pancake recipes or general tips. i have to use up a bunch kf flour i bought.

It literally always starts with pancakes.

>heat pan, add oil, add batter
>pancake sticks to the pan

Every time.

Please help. Teach me how to perfectly cook pancakes so that this never happens again.
