Similarly, some of the best food i've ever had was at a cruise port. Ours stopped in Cozumel Mexico, but we paid extra to drive for a ways to this private beach resort, they only allow a certain number of people there a day to keep the beach empty. Anyway, we got one of those private canopies with our own little mexican waiter who would literally run across the beach after taking out order to get food/drinks. It was the best authentic mexican food I've ever had. Food and drinks were all inclusive with the price so I ate tacos, nachos, and fish all day, got drunk as fuck on tequila, and then left my good waiter buddy Pedro a hefty tip for being awesome
