World's first lab-grown hamburger has been made by scientists in the Netherlands, using stem cells.

If this becomes mass-marketed in the next few decades I'd gladly start eating them, how about /ck? Our current meat industry simply isn't sustainable, and is one of the largest ecological disasters in existence. This would end the environmental consequences, and the mistreatment of the tens of billions of animals we slaughter every year.
