try lemon pepper cod.

Cod is a entry level fish with a very light "fishy" taste compared to most. A nice lemon pepper rub won't ruin the natural taste but could give you a nice introduction to the world of fish.

Pair with a dry white wine never red. Or I find an ice tea also goes well if you don't drink.
