Kosher salt is called as such because of its grain structure (i.e. big). This makes it easy to pick up and measure with your hands. It would be a lot easier to use kosher salt to salt some meat than using table salt. Jews would salt their meat to ensure that they were not eating blood, which is possibly why we call it kosher salt.

Other than that, it’s just normal salt.

there should be a hooters but instead of scantily clad women, you get to have dinner with a therapist and the therapist will let you sit there and talk to them like you’re friends while eating

Me and my friends were in kyoto one night and wanted a drink, we tried a bar and they were really alarmed at receiving foreigners, and made us sit down in a room and shut the doors on us.

All of us got really unnerved with how they hid us from sight of the counter.

So we just said no problem we'll leave, and when we did they didn't even say anything they just opened the door while staring at the ground.
