Mulce or sweet blod sausages
every house had its own way of making them, the general recepie is:

pigs blood, sugar, raisins, flour, rice or soaked breadcrumbs, pine nuts and then different stuff for flavour- chocolate, lemons, apples, spices,...

you'd cook the rice, then add all the other ingridients, cook them untill you get a thick consistency, and then eat this straight away or make sausages.

i hate blood sausages and sweet ones even more
