St. Paul here. The second, better, home of the jucy lucy (pic very much related, Blue Door french dip masterburberrace). Though I'll grant that Matt's makes a damn good classic jucy lucy.

But, yeah, I think at this point burgers stuffed with molten cheese is probably the signature Twin Cities gift to the food world. That and a bunch of milling and dairy brands.
