In my opinion it doesn’t really matter where do your bread come from. Bread is something we have to enjoy in a good and bad times alike. All breads are great.
I tried making Ruisleipä (dense and very sour bread originally from Finland). It’s not something I enjoyed very much but my gf absolutely loved it.
